OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Manage daily schedules calendars and appointments ensuring effective time allocation and prioritization
Organize and coordinate meetings calls and events preparing agendas taking notes and following up on action items
Track update and follow through on tasks deadlines and commitments across business and personal projects
Maintain accurate records files and documentation ensuring easy retrieval and proper organization and assist with correspondence drafting and sending professional emails letters and internal communications
Support in preparing presentations reports and briefing materials for meetings and events
Conduct basic research collect data and compile summaries to support decision making
Handle logistics for travel accommodation event participation ensuring smooth arrangements
Provide day to day operational support including small errands coordination with vendors and follow up with management.
