Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Fluent English written and spoken
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools
Background in call center services, SaaS, or B2B services is a strong advantage
Comfortable working with clients in the US, UK, and European markets.
1.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Independently identify and source potential B2B clients in the US, UK, and Europe
Qualify leads by understanding business needs, required number of operators, and budget
Build, manage, and maintain a structured sales pipeline
Proactively engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
2. Full-Cycle Sales & Client Management
Manage all client communication from first contact to signed agreement
Present services, negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Coordinate operator allocation and onboarding with internal teams
Support invoicing and initial payment processes
Track and report key sales metrics pipeline status, conversion rates, closed deals
3.LinkedIn & Online Outreach (Secondary Responsibility)
Create and manage the company LinkedIn page
Execute LinkedIn outreach and lead-generation campaigns
Run cold email campaigns and follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records and document all interactions
4.Growth & Process Improvement
Suggest improvements to sales and lead-generation processes
Identify new market opportunities and expansion ideas
Maintain professional, clear, and consistent communication with international clients.
